2.2 Description of Offered Goods/Services: Services related to data manipulation, data transformation using scripting and AI services. Provided as a final product to end-user
2.3 Delivery Terms: Delivery costs are detailed during checkout. As a virtual product, delivery is virtual and there are no additional costs
2.4 Ordering Process: By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2.5 Duration and Termination: The agreement remains in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate with notice as per agreed terms.
2.6 Payment Terms: Payments must be made in EUR. Prices displayed include/exclude VAT as specified.
3. Complaints Procedure and Warranty
3.1 Reporting Complaints: Customers must notify us of any complaints promptly.
3.2 Returning Goods: To process a complaint, invalid services must be reported to email info@eliton.cz and are valid after owners' confirmation of service complaint received
3.3 Non-eligible Complaints: Complaints may not be processed if goods are misused. Compaints can not be processed in cases, where the services was already provided (eg. costs to deliver the services was already initiated)
3.4 Resolution Notification: We will inform you of the complaint resolution.
3.5 Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract under specified conditions.

4.1 Data Processing: We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Czech Republic's data protection laws.
